Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of pupen.org and certain related services provided by the Pupen Student Association, z.s. (the "Association"). By using the website you agree to these Terms in their current version.
1. Membership and Services
The website serves to inform about Association activities, event registration, and managing member benefits. Some parts of the site are accessible only to official Association members after logging in.
2. Event Registration
Event registration via the RSVP form may be binding depending on the specific event description. For digital tickets, you must present a valid QR code at entry and follow the organizers’ instructions.
3. Copyright Protection
All content on the website (texts, photos, logos) is the property of the Association or its partners. Any distribution without prior consent is prohibited.
4. Liability
The website is provided “as is”. The Association is not liable for downtime, damages arising from the use of the website, or the content of external links (partners, ISIC discounts, etc.).
Sign-in and account security
The website may allow sign-in via an external provider (e.g., Google) or the use of passkeys (WebAuthn) as a security verification method. These options are optional; we process only the data necessary to create/manage your account and secure access.
