- Trust Box: message content and optional attachments (identification only if you provide it).

- Providing the website and member portal (contract / legitimate interest).
- Organising events (contract / legitimate interest).
- Newsletter (consent; or legitimate interest where applicable).
- Security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).
- Legal obligations (where applicable).
4. Recipients
We share data only as necessary with infrastructure and email service providers and security/monitoring tools. We do not use Google Analytics.
5. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described above.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (www.uoou.cz).
